100 Ways to Love Your Husband by Lisa Jacobson | RE:View

Couples with great marriages know one simple truth: the best marriages are made up of many everyday decisions that say, "I love you" rather than those that say, "I love me."

This little book was a delight to get! Being that I just got married a little less than 6 months ago I was excited to read up on ways I can better love my husband.

In fact, when I first got the book my husband was interested to see what some of the ways were so we went through some of them and got to chat about how they could be affective for him etc.

One of the only things that made me not be able to give this 5 stars is that it's a pretty...simple(?) book. There are portions that go more into depth about one of the ways, but most of them are just a few words or maybe a sentence. I think I was expecting something more in-depth with a little more wisdom or stories attached etc. This wasn't that.

If you're looking for a more in-depth book about marriage, this probably isn't the book for you. But, if you're looking for a book that will give you simple, tried and true ways to love your husband, this would be a great book for you! I know I'll flip back through it occasionally to make sure that I'm thinking about HOW I'm loving my husband, not just assuming that I am.

My rating: 4*
